Snow Man Painted Cup

If your looking for a great Christmas or even just a winter craft for the kids this one might fit the bill.  I take you step by step on how to make a snowman on your coffee cup, so you can see smiling faces when hot coco is served in the morning. Since your kids made there own cup everyone will know who's is who's and there will be no more morning fights over who get's what cup.  So, let jump right in. . .oh wait one minute I forgot to tell you that I am rating this craft as "Eh" for the full definition look to the right hand side bar.

What You Need:
  • Red paint
  • Black paint
  • White paint
  • Brown paint
  • Orange paint
  • Green paint
  • Paint Brush
  • Paper Plate
  • Water Cup
  • Sealer of some sort
  • Coffee mug/cup (I bought mine at Target for $3)

How To:

1.) Take your white paint and paint three circles on top of each other. Make the circles become smaller  as you go higher so, they look like a snow man body.

2.) Add some snow flakes and some snow on the ground.

3.) Take out the black paint and paint on the hat.  To do this paint a large square and then add a long line on the bottom (as shown).

4.) Take your paint brush and make dots for the smile, eyes, and buttons.

5.) Take out the orange paint and add a nose, this can just be a dot.

6.) For the last details add a red or green scarf around the snowman's neck and a red/green band on the hat.  You can also add brown arms but I choose not to.

7.) Once everything is completely dry seal it.

8.) Make a yummy cup of Hot Cocoa!
