This is a fun and for the most part simple craft. It shouldn't take more then 15 minutes and makes for amazing center pieces. They will be just perfect for your last minute Halloween part. Like all a lot of these Halloween crafts I am rating it at a "pie" (for the definition look to the left).
Materials:
- Black Construction Paper
- Tape
- Pencil
- Patterned Tape
- Tea Light
- Scissors
How To:
1.) Take a piece of construction paper and wrap it up like a cone.
2.) Tape the two edges together.
3.) Fold the cone in half and cut.
4.) Trim the edges so that they are even.
5.) Draw a circle around the cone make it about an inch bigger on each side.
6.) Cut out the circle.
7.) Cut out a circle on the bottom the size of a tea lamp.
8.) Place tape on the inside of the cone.
9.) Tape the cone down to the circle.
10.) Put tape around the bottom of the cone.
11.) Place the tea light in the opening and turn off your lights.
